How to make Coffee Raw Bars with Honey and Peanut Butter

Give your snack an extra dose of healthiness and deliciousness with our Coffee Raw bars with honey and peanut butter.

Raw Coffee Bars with Peanut butter, Honey and Kaffe Bueno Coffee Flour

Ingredients

(For 6 bars of 65g each)


1 cup - Rolled Oats (72g)

1 ½ cup - pitted Dates 185g)

¼ cup - Coffee Flour (25g)

¼ cup - Peanut Butter (75g)

¼ cup - Honey (50g)

½ tsp. - Vanilla Extract (3g)

Pinch of Salt (3g)



Directions


- Blend rolled oats in a food processor for about 30 seconds until the oats turned into an oat flour.

- Add all the rest of the ingredients into a blender and blend everything together for 1 to 2 minutes.

- Put the blended mix into the bowl and form it into the one consistent dough.

- Shape the dough into a long loaf and put it into the freezer for about 30 minutes to set.

- Remove from the freezer and cut into bars with a sharp knife.
