Kaffe Bueno was founded in Denmark in 2016 by a team of Colombian entrepreneurs, including Camilo Fernandez and Alejandro Franco, who grew up seeing coffee as far more than a caffeinated beverage. They set out to unleash the untapped potential of coffee by-products and work toward a more circular, sustainable society.

Along the way, they found a molecular family with extraordinary potential: melanoidins — complex, bioactive biopolymers. Today, that science defines us.
