Upcycled gluten-free flour derived from repurposed coffee grounds. Caffeine-free, low in fat, rich in proteins, insoluble dietary fibres, potassium.

 

Key applications include bakery & confectionery, pizza & pasta, snacks, protein and raw bars.

Kaffe Bueno Flour® is the result of a biotechnology innovation, which can potentially disrupt the food industry, your nutrition and the environment.

Baking with coffee? Sort of.  

Although it comes from coffee, its coffee taste is mostly gone along with the oil extracted. Its taste leans towards nutty, chocolaty side.
